It is supported and partially funded by EdFund Uganda Foundation, LLC of the United States of America and KAPIDA of Kamuli, Uganda
Discover Our School
Kamuli Township Primary School was started by Indians in 1927, their aim was to educate Indian children because they were many by then, during that time, Indian management and children dominated the school until they were expelled by the president of Uganda by then Idi Amin Dada in 1972.
Then the Government took over the school from Indians in 1977. Then they started enrolling Ugandan people and children. Its foundation now is squarely in the hands of Kamuli Municipal Council.
The administration and school committee is appointed by the Education department of the Ministry of Education in conjunction with Local Government and Kamuli Municipal Council. And then the Parents Teachers Association (PTA) is elected by parents.
